Return/Refund policy

3 SIMPLE CONDITIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN:

  • At glerups we offer you a 30-day exchange/return guarantee.
  • Items must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging and with the enclosed return form.

Note that: 

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service with insurance as a lost product is your responsibility.
  • Customers can expect processing time of up to 7 working days from receipt of returned packages.
  • We are unable to exchange products with price differences in which case we will advise you and fully refund your purchase.

    REFUND OF MONEY

    The purchase price will be refunded to the payment card used at the time of purchase within a few business days and no later than 30 days after glerups has received and approved the returned item. You will receive a credit note by email as soon as the money has been refunded.
